Redlef Software Mobile Messaging Terms
These Mobile Messaging Terms apply when you join or interact with a text-message program through a Redlef-powered signup page, QR code, short link, offer page, or related feature.
"Redlef" means Redlef LLC, doing business as Redlef Software. A business identified on a signup page or message is referred to as the "Participating Business." The Participating Business, not Redlef, is the marketing sender unless a page or message expressly identifies Redlef as the sender.
1. THE PROGRAM AND ITS SENDER
When you affirmatively select text updates for a named Participating Business and submit the form, you authorize that business to send recurring promotional and informational text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include business news, product or service updates, location or schedule information, event information, offers, reminders, inventory notices, and other content described at signup.
Your permission is limited to the Participating Business and program identified in the disclosure shown when you enroll. It does not authorize Redlef, another Participating Business, an affiliate, or an unrelated company to market to you.
Redlef provides technology used to record your choice, preserve consent evidence, help deliver messages, process opt-outs and support requests, route links, and report program activity.
2. YOUR CONSENT
By checking the text-message choice and submitting the form, you provide your electronic signature and prior express written consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from the specifically identified Participating Business, including messages sent using automated technology where applicable.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
Entering a number, scanning a QR code, opening a page, clicking a link, entering a number to identify an existing subscriber, selecting email updates, or purchasing from the Participating Business does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts. Only the separate affirmative SMS choice described in the submitted disclosure creates that permission.
If a form offers both SMS and email, the choices must be separate. Selecting one does not select the other.
3. ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION
After enrollment, the Participating Business or its messaging provider may send one confirmation message that identifies the program, summarizes expected frequency, notes that message and data rates may apply, and explains how to get help or stop messages.
Some programs may use double opt-in and require you to reply YES, START, or another specified response before marketing texts begin. If double opt-in is used, you are not enrolled until the required confirmation is completed.
4. MESSAGE CONTENT AND FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on the program and the updates available. Frequency may change temporarily around schedules, events, product releases, urgent business changes, or time-sensitive offers.
The Participating Business may segment its audience based on signup source, preferences, prior engagement, offer claims, redemption activity, or other lawful program information. Your permission does not cover a materially different sender or materially different category of marketing without any additional notice or consent required by law.
5. MESSAGE AND DATA CHARGES
Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. You are responsible for charges imposed by your carrier. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan, text-message limits, roaming, or billing.
6. HOW TO STOP MESSAGES
Reply STOP to a message to revoke consent and stop marketing texts from that sender at that number. You may also use another supported keyword, such as QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or another reasonable method that clearly communicates that you want the texts to stop.
Automated keyword requests are generally processed promptly. Other clear revocation requests will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable and within the period required by applicable law.
You may receive one final, non-promotional message confirming the opt-out. After that confirmation, no additional marketing texts should be sent by that program to that number unless you later make a new affirmative request to enroll.
An opt-out applies to the Participating Business, program, and mobile number connected with the request. It does not automatically unsubscribe an email address.
7. HOW TO GET HELP
Reply HELP to the sending number for program help, or use the contact information in the message or the Participating Business's official website linked from its signup page.
The HELP response may identify the program, provide customer-care contact information, and remind you how to opt out. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card numbers, financial-account credentials, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary text message.
8. RE-ENROLLMENT
If you previously opted out, a reply such as START may reactivate messages only when that reply or another affirmative action clearly communicates a new request to enroll and the program supports re-enrollment.
The Participating Business or its provider may send a new enrollment confirmation and create a new consent record. A prior opt-out remains effective unless and until a valid new enrollment occurs.
9. TEXT AND EMAIL ARE SEPARATE
SMS and email are separate communication channels.
- Stopping text messages does not automatically unsubscribe an email address.
- Unsubscribing from email does not automatically revoke text-message consent.
You may change each channel independently using the method provided for that channel.

10. ELIGIBILITY AND CONTROL OF THE NUMBER
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and be the subscriber or customary user authorized to consent for the mobile number provided. Do not submit a number belonging to another person without authority.
If your number is deactivated, reassigned, transferred, or no longer controlled by you, reply STOP before giving it up when possible and notify the Participating Business through its official website. The Participating Business or its providers may use available carrier or network information to identify invalid, deactivated, or potentially reassigned numbers and protect a new subscriber.
11. OFFER LINKS, CLAIMS, AND REDEMPTION
A message may contain a short link to a schedule, menu, event, offer, claim page, or redemption page.
A link may be shared by an entire campaign or may be associated with a particular subscriber. Link visits, offer claims, and redemptions may be recorded as described in the Privacy Policy.
A claim page may ask you to enter a mobile number to identify an existing subscriber. Entering the number alone does not enroll that number in marketing texts. If the number is not already subscribed, the page may separately offer an optional SMS choice with its own disclosure and affirmative selection.
Offers may be limited by time, location, product, minimum purchase, subscriber, claim, code, or redemption count. A code may be one-use and may become invalid after redemption or expiration. The Participating Business controls the offer and is responsible for its products, prices, eligibility rules, and fulfillment.
12. DELIVERY, CARRIERS, AND TIMING
Delivery depends on carrier availability, filtering, network conditions, device compatibility, number status, and other factors outside the sender's and its providers' control. Messages may be delayed, blocked, or not delivered. The program may not be available on every carrier, device, or location. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Participating Business and its providers are responsible for scheduling messages with applicable timing restrictions and the recipient's reasonably available local time information in mind. Carrier delays, travel, number portability, or inaccurate location information may affect when a message arrives.
Do not rely on a promotional messaging program for emergencies, life-safety notices, or another use where a delayed or missing message could cause harm.
13. MOBILE PRIVACY
Your mobile number, SMS choice, consent record, and opt-out status are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers only as needed to operate the program, deliver messages, route links, maintain consent and suppression records, prevent fraud, provide support, protect recipients and networks, or comply with law.

14. PROGRAM CHANGES OR ENDING
The Participating Business may modify or end its text program, change frequency, change the categories of updates within the disclosed scope, or use a different sending number.
If a change materially expands the scope of your consent, any additional notice or consent required by law will be provided. Your opt-out remains effective for the applicable sender and destination unless you affirmatively enroll again.
15. DISCLAIMER OF DELIVERY AND BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY
Redlef does not guarantee that a message will be delivered, displayed, opened, or read. The Participating Business is responsible for its message content, schedules, products, services, prices, offers, and fulfillment.
Questions or disputes about a Participating Business's products, services, or offers should be directed to that business using its official website or the contact information in its message.
17. QUESTIONS
For help with a particular text program, contact the Participating Business through its official website or the contact information in its messages.
